Mouthwatering chocolate truffle torte with whole raspberries, nestled on a moist chocolate brownie base with a white chocolate flavour topping.

Ingredients

Chocolate Truffle (53%) with white chocolate flavour topping (1%): Water, vegetable oil, sugar, cream, cocoa mass, cocoa powder, egg, skimmed milk powder, fat reduced cocoa powder, glucose syrup, stabiliser (pork gelatine), cocoa butter, whole milk powder, emulsifiers (mono and di-glycerides of fatty acids, soya lecithin, polysorbate), whey powder, butter oil, thickener (carrageenan), salt, natural vanilla flavouring.

Chocolate brownie base (31%): Sugar, wheat flour, water, egg, vegetable fat, cocoa mass, cocoa powder, glucose syrup, fat reduced cocoa powder, wheat starch, raising agent (di-phosphates, sodium carbonate, potassium tartrate), emulsifier (soya lecithin), thickener (guar gum), milk proteins, salt.

Raspberry sauce (8%): Raspberry puree (2%), water, sugar, thickeners (modified starch, pectin), glucose syrup, dextrose, acidity regulator (citric acid). Whole raspberries (7%).
