Creamy vanilla cheesecake with a delicious chocolate biscuit base – perfectly finished with a topping of rich chocolate sauce swirls.

Ingredients

Vanilla flavoured cheesecake (71%): Skimmed milk soft cheese (15%), egg, water, sugar, vegetable fat, yoghurt, thickening agent (modified starches), cream cheese (2.5%), skimmed milk powder, citric acid, whole milk powder, natural vanilla flavouring from Madagascar, vanilla bean pieces, stabilisers (guar gum, locust bean gum, carrageenan), emulsifier (mono and di-glycerides of fatty acid), salt.

Chocolate Biscuit Base (25%): Wheat flour, vegetable fat, sugar, water, cocoa powder, oat flakes, glucose syrup, cocoa mass, invert sugar syrup, salt, whey powder, raising agents (sodium carbonate, ammonium carbonate), emulsifier (citric acid ester of mono and di-glycerides of fatty acid), cocoa butter, yeast.

Chocolate sauce (4%): Water, sugar, cocoa mass, fat reduced cocoa powder, glucose syrup powder, cocoa powder, dextrose, thickener (modified starch), whey powder, vegetable fat, cocoa butter, emulsifier (soya lecithin).
