Chocolate Biscuit Base (25%). INGREDIENTS: Wheat flour, vegetable fat, sugar, water, cocoa powder, oat flakes, glucose syrup, cocoa mass, invert sugar syrup, salt, whey powder, raising agents (sodium carbonate, ammonium carbonate), emulsifier (citric acid ester of mono and di-glycerides of fatty acid), cocoa butter, yeast.
