BANANA CARAMEL SUNDAE

Caramel, banana and ice cream are the perfect marriage in this indulgent dessert, perfect for anyone with a sweet tooth.
  • INGREDIENTS
  • 4 scoops of Carte D’Or Dulce de Leche Ice Cream (100g)
  • 2 bananas, sliced
  • 8 biscuits
  • 8 tbsp caramel
  • 10g chocolate shavings
  • METHOD
  • BREAK

    4 biscuits into bite sized chunks and divide between 4 serving glasses.

  • SPOON

    1 tablespoons of caramel sauce into each glass.

  • DIVIDE

    half of the sliced banana between the 4 serving glasses.

  • REPEAT

    steps 1 – 3 to build a second layer.

  • SCOOP

    1 scoop of Carte D’Or Dulce de Leche Ice Cream into each glass to finish each sundae off.

  • GARNISH

    with chocolate shavings and serve immediately.
