  • INGREDIENTS
  • 1 scoop of Carte D’Or Vanilla Light Ice Cream (25g/50ml)
  • 1 medium banana, peeled
  • 50g chopped mango chunks
  • 75ml orange and mango juice
  • METHOD
  • PUT

    the banana, mango pieces and juice into a blender or smoothie maker, blitz for 20 - 30 seconds.

  • ADD

    a scoop of Carte D’Or Vanilla Light Ice Cream and blend a further 15 – 20 seconds until smooth.

  • POUR

    into a chilled glass and serve.
