EXOTIC FRUIT SALAD

The combination of fresh fruit and Carte D’Or Vanilla Light Ice Cream in this recipe creates a lovely light choice
  • INGREDIENTS
  • 4 Scoops Carte D’Or Vanilla Light Ice Cream (100g/200ml)
  • 1 kiwi fruit, peeled and diced
  • 4 strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1 banana, peeled and diced
  • ½ mango, stoned and diced
  • 1 lime
  • 4 tbsp honey
  • METHOD
  • MIX

    the prepared fruit in a large bowl.

  • SQUEEZE

    over the juice of one lime.

  • DIVIDE

    the fruit salad between 4 serving bowls.

  • SCOOP

    a ball of Carte D’Or Vanilla Light Ice Cream into each serving bowl.

  • DECORATE

    with a drizzle of honey, serve immediately.
