Win a day at the Novelli Academy for 3 people – Prize Draw Terms

1. The Prize Draw is open to residents of the UK aged 18 or over except employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, its agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
2. No purchase necessary. To enter go online to www.cartedor.co.uk, click on the ‘Sign up for News’ button, fill out the entry form and you will be automatically entered.
3. No applications from agents, third parties, organised groups or applications automatically generated by computer will be accepted. Incomplete or illegible entries or those not in accordance with the entry instructions will not be accepted.
4. The closing date for receipt of entries is midnight on 31st October 2011.
5. The promotion is limited to one entry per person. No entrant may win more than one prize.
6. Responsibility is not accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed in transit. Proof of submission is not proof of receipt. Entries will become the property of the Promoter and will not be returned.
7. The 'Prize' is three places (i.e. the winner plus 2 friends) at the Novelli Academy in Hertfordshire on 9th December 2011. Travel to and from the academy is not included. The prize is as listed, no hotels, meals or any other expense will be reimbursed. Prize date is subject to change pending unforeseen circumstances beyond the Promoters’ control. Where possible fair notice will be given of at least 48 hours. There is no cash alternative to the Prize.
8. The first entry drawn at random by an independent judge from all entries received by the closing date will win the Prize. The decision of the judge is final. In the event of unforeseen circumstances the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for an alternative of equal or greater value. No correspondence will be entered into.
9. The Winner will be notified by email and / or post within 14 days of the closing date. The Winner must claim their prize within 14 days of the notification. If the prize is unclaimed after this time, it will lapse and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute Winner selected in accordance with the Promotion rules.
10. No responsibility can be taken for claims which are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason. Proof of posting will not be accepted as proof of receipt. We recommend that you use recorded or special delivery for your claim.
11. The Winner's details (name and county) will be made available within ten weeks after the published closing date on-line at www.cartedor.co.uk or on request to those writing to Carte D'Or, Unilever UK Limited, Springfield Drive, Leatherhead, Surrey, KT22 7GR, enclosing a stamped SAE.
12. The Winner may be required to participate in publicity arising from this Promotion.
13. By entering the Promotion, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the rules and consent to the transfer of their personal data to the Data Controller for the purposes of the administration of this Promotion and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented. All entry instructions form part of the rules.
14. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
